At Callidus Consulting we aim to give you the best possible service that we can offer. Unlike other recruitment agencies, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to maintain effective working relationships with our candidate base.
As a candidate you can expect to receive regular communication - be it via a telephone call or an email - to update you during every phase of the recruitment process. Once you have registered your details with us, a senior consultant will be in touch to discuss your options, to advise and more importantly, to listen.
A typical recruitment process for candidates:
- Begin by registering your details with us - email us your CV or input your criteria directly via our online form.
- We will contact you confirming your registration and the name of the consultant handling your details.
- As initial discussions take place, the recruitment process can begin.
- Our consultants will have an in-depth telephone discussion with you, and where possible will organise a registration meeting (usually at a mutally convenient venue) - we do not send out CVs without your express permission.
- If the consultant and you feel the role is right, we will send your CV to our client for consideration - giving feedback regularly as to your progress.
- Ideally we would have a response from our client within 24 hours, however, experience has shown that it can take considerably longer. Please be assured that we will keep you informed at every stage.
Although we would like to be in a position to help everyone who comes to us, in reality its not always possible. We receive CVs from candidates with many successful years in the automotive sector, with excellent skills and specialisms. However, although we handle a variety of positions, we do not always have a perfect role for every candidate. If we tell you we have nothing suitable right now, it doesnt mean that will always be the case, and we welcome candidates who actively keep in touch for an update.
We attract quality candidates through a variety of advanced online activities including our own jobsite and recommendation (see Referrals) . We also utilise appropriate national, regional and industry specific print titles - you may have seen our regular ads in Fleet News or Motor Trader. We also have within our team highly effective researchers to identify individuals that can only be found by highly targeted and knowledgeable means.
