1. Are you looking for a recruiting partner?

- At this stage, one of our team will be available to listen and to take provisional details.
- A senior consultant will contact you within 24 hours to discuss further and, in most cases, to arrange a face-to-face meeting.
- During the meeting our consultant can learn about your company's culture and values, whilst truly building an understanding of the role(s) you are recruiting.
- Once a working-relationship is established, each member of the Callidus team is briefed on your requirements and work can begin.
2. How do we find candidates?
We have a number of methods available to help us search for motivated and experienced candidates.
- Initially we use our database of registered candidates to perform tenacious searches using agreed parameters.
- Positions are placed onto our jobsite, giving exposure to a high number of potential candidates browsing industry websites.
- We also have access to several mainstream and niche industry job-boards. This allows us to search CV databases and to post roles online.
- Another method we can utilise is head search. Our experienced researchers are provided with a pre-agreed target list of companies and can approach individuals in a like-for-like position to ascertain their interest in a move.
3. What can you expect from us?
Everyone at Callidus will be working hard to achieve a successful placement for you. We are committed to ensuring that our candidates are not only experienced, but truly motivated by the role in discussion. Our experience shows that an un-motivated candidate is more likely to leave within six months, and we want our placements to be permanent fixtures - not unreliable temporaries!
Update reports/debriefing telephone conversations are available to our clients on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis to suit, and we welcome interaction from clients with supplementary information if appropriate.

Our fee structures are designed to ensure optimum value for our clients and include options that link our fees directly to the new recruit remaining and performing in their role.
