Is engaging and leading a multi-functional team to deliver great customer service and local profitability in a true ‘general management’ capacity. You will bring clarity in an operationally complex working environment covering sales, operations, H&S, and all support services and take personal ‘ownership’ of site performance.
You have a proven track record in creating and leading self-sufficient teams in an industrial services and or retail environment such as building supplies, truck, rental, plant hire or vehicle auctions – ideally serving a mix of B2C and B2B customers. You are a leader rather than a manager with the ability to enable not just direct teams.
A mainstream automotive services organisation operating in a niche market building a significant business in the UK and across continental Europe. Generating impressive margins from a broad portfolio of products and services delivered from a number of sites spread across a wide geographic area they are looking for their next generation of business leaders.
