Already experienced, you will take responsibility for dealing with customers in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring they receive the highest service from initial telephone call to picking up their vehicle - viewing the dealership positively from start to finish. You will sell repairs, parts and additional services to customers, and get commission selling warranties etc.
You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working on the telephone and can make customers feel welcome. You thrive under pressure, are organised and professional with solid administration experience, and you are able to complete job cards as-well-as processing payments. Mon-Fri 7.30-5.30 or 8-6 plus alt Sat mornings.
