In this sales management role you will help to actively develop new vehicle sales, and will motivate and inspire your sales team to continuously deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Meeting sales and profitability targets, you will control costs and expenditures and manage department budgets.
Previous experience as a hands-on sales manager in a dealership is essential. You bring to the table your pro-activity, leadership and coaching experience. As an excellent relationship-builder, you are target-drive, motivated and you have a natural ability to lead your team and will always put the customer first.
Our client is based in Surrey, and is a well-respected dealership for a leading manufacturer. They have a wide range of new and used vehicles, plus motability, LCV, and 4x4. Paying particular attention to customer satisfaction, the team are dedicated and highly professional.
