Is providing direction, clarity and an embedded sense of ownership of Aftersales performance across 11 sites, working closely with local management as coach, mentor and leader. Reporting directly to the Group MD, you will be the driver of consistent, thorough process, engaging widespread teams while providing strategic direction.
You have strong – and proven, experience leading a multi-site Aftersales function with a mainstream group or vehicle brand and can demonstrate advanced people and leadership skills. You have an open, transparent and engaging management style and owing to the widespread nature of the role ideally live either in the North West, or South Central region.
A retail group with sites spreading from the North West to the South coast enjoying strong performance on the back of a broad and exciting range, excellent reliability and great service back up. Having undergone a detailed review of how to move from good to great performance they have created this new and challenging leadership role.
