You will play a key part in developing a positive approach to risk management within the company’s business strategy. Working alongside the transactional and operational risk teams you will lead a small team of analysts and be responsible for establishing the working framework for managing credit risk across the retail and wholesale businesses.
You have strong experience in managing and influencing/creating credit risk strategy within either a banking/mortgage or automotive business. You have the ability to maintain a strategic overview while under pressure and are able to review and measure efficiencies while continually looking at how your business unit can deliver value to the broader business.
