You will bring clarity in an operationally complex working environment covering sales, operations, H&S, and all support services and take personal ‘ownership’ of site performance.
You have experience of effectively and efficiently managing multi service sites selling B2B and B2C, and are a highly skilled manager with a strong awareness for processes and procedures. You can motivate your team whilst being resilient, goal focused and commercially aware.
