So how does it work? A typical process may be:
- We take the time to find out lots about our clients' needs; the role, their business, their culture and importantly, their goals.
- After briefing our qualified researchers, we identify our best approach to the market. We search our own extensive database of professionals, as well as several other internet databases we have access to. If appropriate, we also advertise the role (both on the internet and in print) and carry out strategic head-searches to generate additional candidates.
- Once a short-list has been produced, we interview all on the list face-to-face and, if required, run psychometric testing.
- Then we provide a list of suitable candidates, based on all our research and knowledge. We don't leave our clients out during that process though, we give regular feedback to our clients on progress, and involve them in all the key decision-making processes whilst we do the time-consuming tasks.
