Fitness in the workplace – Glittering Yogi style
As part of our commitment to wellness in the workplace we’ve now introduced Wednesday morning Yoga.
The lovely Jackie King from Glittering Yogi is putting us through our paces in the office before work – making sure we are stretched and relaxed for the day ahead.
She’s focusing on activities to counteract the fact that we sit down far too much – including exercises we can do while chair bound. We are creaking and groaning at the moment but hoping that we will gradually all limber up.
We are currently only two weeks in but loving it and I can highly recommend Jackie to anyone in our locality. She tailors the class to the needs of the participants and pushes everyone just enough to make it challenging. It is also great fun and we start the day with lots of laughter.
