Salary negotiable for the right candidate

Flexible on location as role will be home based – Hamburg, Frankfurt or Munich all particularly suitable.

Mother tongue ideally German but will require fluent English as English is our client’s business language.

The Role
This role will focus on sales of a new to market packaging and logistics solution focused on the European Automotive manufacturing sector. This highly innovative product offers a zero-waste packaging and logistics system.

Available for lease, these Euro Containers or KLT boxes are entirely re-usable and reconfigurable - using a newly patented system that results in no dunnage being discarded at any stage. Additionally, they will provide a fully digitalised track-and-trace system that can be used for cross continental parts and component transport.

Your role will focus on sales to automotive manufacturing across Northern Europe with a particular emphasis on Germany. You will continue to work with contacts who have already expressed a strong interest as well as identify and convert new business opportunities. You’ll have access to our client’s broad range of contacts / customers in the region and although representing a start-up your customers will have no doubt as to the pedigree behind the business.

Our Client
Our client is a start-up but established and backed by individuals who have already built and run a multi-million business in the container / logistics sector with global reach and a strong presence in the auto market.

Well networked and deeply experienced, they have market tested this complimentary product widely and have established a clear market requirement.

About You
With a track record of selling logistics / supply chain and / or packaging solutions into automotive OEMs in the German market (possibly but not essentially KLT / Euro Containers), you are an experienced, well networked and driven sales professional. Ideally based in Germany, you have sold across the region but are particularly knowledgeable with regards the German market. You must speak both German and English – this is an essential requirement.

You are a confident introducing a new product to the market and are a sophisticated presenter able to communicate effectively at the most senior levels.

Our client will have a German entity but has its HQ in South East Asia – so you need to be self-sufficient and can operate without corporate machinery around you.

You are ambitious, embrace market change and will welcome the opportunity to be part of this dynamic new business.
