Business Development Manager – Leasing

North  - must be North of Birmingham and South of Scotland - flexible within that region 

Flexible base to circa £45k , OTE + £20k (uncapped with excellent earning opportunities) + car and benefits

Our client is looking for someone with a track record within a mainstream leasing business - this is essential experience. 

The Role
This role is a mixture of new business and account management – but with an emphasis on new business (80 / 20). Working from a home base in the North,  you will create, secure and manage successful sales opportunities with fleet decision makers. In addition to Contract Hire, you will promote ancillary products including Salary Sacrifice, PCH, Daily Rental, Accident Management, Fuel Management and Fleet / Risk Management. You will deliver against stretching but achievable targets with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

About You
You are an ambitious sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success selling into the fleet sector - with a leasing business or major broker. You will have experience of selling contract hire / leasing as well as other fleet management services. This could include telematics, accident management, fast-fit services, rental, remarketing or other solutions. You have a great understanding of the fleet market are able to deliver new business as well as build and maintain long term and profitable relationships with your clients. You are a great communicator and excellent presenter – with strong negotiating and decision-making abilities. You are self-sufficient, well organised and used to managing your time to maximum effectiveness.
