The Role
Working in our client’s UK office, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of services to their European motor dealer and OEM Clients (initially primarily French) and for receiving and registering client data, carrying out research and analysis, and compiling your findings into reports for the OEM Sales and Dealer Sales teams.

Other Responsibilities will include:

  • Working as a member of the implementation team managing the Third-Party Lead sources process (TPL)
  • Maintaining the lead traffic for clients
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues efficiently and promptly
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce, Workfront and any other systems required for performing the role
  • Supporting the Dealer Care and Sales teams with questions regarding the lead routing
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with third party vendors and dealership through outbound calling and email correspondence
  • Completing product installations, and installations for future products as required.
  • Report generation in Excel
  • Providing industry leading analysis to assist in business development activities in existing and new countries
  • Researching dealers, dealer groups and OEMs alike and providing insights into buying behaviours and dealership response patterns
  • Entering data following a specified format, including verification and completeness

About You
Fully fluent in French and English, you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Data Entry environment and have strong administration skills with a structured approach to work. You take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks - demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

In addition, you have the following skills and experience;

  • A strong ability to multitask and stay focused on the task at hand
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • An ability to learn new processes and adapt to changes
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prepare and generate reports with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivation and can work independently
