Field Sales Manager – Capital Equipment
Is a broad scope role assuming sales and P&L accountability for a key vertical market where you will define and implement an 'approach to market’ strategy as well deliver business side-by-side with your team - spending a lot of time directly with customers. You will be personally responsible for both new business origination and the performance of a small team of strategic account managers, who are measured by their own portfolio performance.
Is a significant scale global manufacturer and distributor of hi-tech and environmentally advanced surface cleaning machinery used in a number of vertical markets. With global revenues of c$800m they are well-established in the UK and have re-organised themselves to sell more effectively and grow both profit and market share.
You have 3 primary skills. You are a new business winner with a great track record in either capital equipment or logistics based services - ideally in MHE or Plant. Your career has developed into management, you are great with people and are a natural coach, able to develop your team members to deliver optimum performance. You are highly commercial and can operate on both a detail and strategic level.
