They are global leaders in mobility solutions providing full service leasing and fleet management services.

The Role

As a result of growth and following reorganisation, our client has identified a need for an Analyst to join the Business Intelligence & Consultancy division.   This is a tremendous opportunity to work with Fleet Consultants who provide products and services such as TCO, fleet analysis and policy recommendations, develop solutions for customer mobility requirements and support them with powertrain change & plug-in vehicle implementation. The team also sit on a number of industry panels and advises the wider company on fleet legislative changes and the future of mobility.

Key Purpose

  • Support delivery of key Consultancy projects and initiatives to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver accurate, consistent and meaningful business data analysis that enables data-driven decisions.
  • Proactively discover, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in our data from multiple sources and deliver relevant insights for internal and external customers
  • Work proactively with internal and external data providers to identify and deliver improvements to reporting and insight delivery.

 Summary of Responsibilities

  • To manage the collation, analysis and insight delivery from data, supporting Business Intelligence and Consultancy projects, including (but not limited to) fleet policy advice, Plug-in vehicle strategy, implementation & TCO analysis.
  • To promote and maximise the penetration and use of consultancy products and services to all internal stakeholders.
  • To take the lead in developing and sharing reporting metrics on key market and business trends.
  • To support key strategic projects and initiatives across the business, using data as an enabler for success.
  • To work collaboratively as a key member of the BI&C team, building and developing relationships with internal stakeholder in ALD UK and ALD SA to deliver market leading analysis and insight internally and externally.
  • To support the ethos of professionalism, team spirit and innovation as well as all aspects of the Customer Excellence programme.

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of the leasing and fleet management marketplace
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Significant experience of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Competent in Online & Digital technology
  • Competence in data analysis and modelling tools.
  • Experience with visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau,etc.) and statistical techniques.
  • Ability to write clear documentation and presentations for analytical and data outputs, with great attention to   detail.
  • Ability to work dynamically within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a team setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full Driving License
