£65k/£75k base, £80k/£90k OTE plus car scheme and benefits
Is taking responsibility for portfolio, product and profit growth across a broad customer base through the effective leadership of a professional account management team. You will coach, support and inspire the people in your direct reporting line through a combination of coaching, mentoring and the implementation of robust ‘no stone unturned’ account development plans.
Are a well-established brand in their sector with an excellent reputation for great service delivery together with enviable margin generation capability. With several years’ experience in winning and retaining great clients they are ambitious to maintain their consistent, steady growth trajectory and are looking for exceptional talent to grow with them.
You have a stable CV that demonstrates a track record in leading teams in a comparable role. You have deep, fleet and leasing sector knowledge which combined with a coaching-based management style enables your team to both connect with and build solutions for their customers. Equally, you are skilled in portfolio and opportunity mapping so that all business development opportunities can be effectively qualified, pitched and closed.
