Head of Customer Operations, Driver Services – South / South East
£80/90k base, £90/100k OTE, car and benefits
Is leading the operational customer service teams for a highly visible fleet solutions brand. You will coach your direct reports to deliver excellent support services for a high volume of individual driver customers. You will be responsible for creating and delivering a continually evolving customer support strategy so that the business maintains its place as a leading business in their highly competitive market.

You have a stable CV and are a proven customer services or operations leader. You are great with people and with a track record in delivering customer service excellence through coaching and enabling your teams. You have contact centre based experience ideally gained in a financial services or retail banking environment, leading teams of minimum 80/100FTE.
