Interim EMEA HR Director, Automotive Tech Sector, South Netherlands
€850 < €1000 per day plus expenses
is taking responsibility for an auto sector Dutch start-up that is a carve-out of a broader high-growth tech business. Owing to historic performance day one it is a €300m revenue business with a number of outsourced and ‘shared service centre’ functions meaning you will instantly be engaged in a highly complex change programme. This will require thorough planning and the adoption of a structured project management methodology. As well as high-volume resourcing, there will be EMEA-wide processes and structures to design and implement.

The €300m automotive division has recently spun off from the parent, creating rare and exciting opportunities for both business growth and career development.
You are a senior HR professional with broad experience of leading HR-focussed initiatives in either start-up or transformation/change oriented environments. You need to have fluent English and ideally Dutch and German language skills (ideally mother-tongue Dutch/German). You are a highly resourceful and independent operator accustomed to working international while ultimately reporting into a US parent company. Additionally, you have exceptional project management and people engagement skills.
