Key Account Manager

South of England (Birmingham and below)

£50k package (Base to £35k + £8k OTE, Car and Benefits)

The Role
A field-based role account managing a key dealer group client across the South of England. Role will be focused on coaching and training dealer teams to improve GAP, Cosmetic Repair and Tyre / Alloy Insurance penetration as well as managing the day to day running of the account including troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for strategic level interactions with Directors and key management personnel.

About You
With a background that includes time as a Business Manager and as a field-based Account Manager (perhaps as a Zone Manager working for a manufacturer) looking after a portfolio of motor dealers you can work effectively at all levels. You understand the importance of process and can coach, train and inspire others.
