The Role

This role will be managing, coaching & developing a team of 10 in the in-life vehicle services division of a large fleet services company. Your role will centre around looking at operational efficiencies, process, new ways of working and how to get the best out of your team, through motivation, coaching and development. KPI’s include those associated with customer & supplier waiting times, and cost & quality controls associated with the service and parts for the vehicles.

 

About You

You are a driven people manager, who relishes the opportunity to review how things are being done and improve operational efficiencies. You approach your role with enthusiasm and enjoy bringing your team along with you. You will have experience in the above from a background where you have managed teams from a corporate or retail background. The most important thing is that you can evidence that you have made a difference in your role, in terms of process improvement, efficiencies and team performance, and have identified and implemented change.

This is very much a people and operational process centred role, so if that is your passion then it would be great to hear from you! An interest in cars would be a bonus too!
