As a critical part of the marketing team, and reporting to the Product Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the delivery of the company's contract hire product. A primary focus will be to build strong and constructive relationships with the OEM partners ensuring contract hire products are fit for purpose and delivering growth for the organisation.

An exciting, dynamic and growing Motor FS business within a broader, global automotive OEM business. Within a relaxed and informal environment, they are highly ambitious, and exceptionally focussed on delivering results – with every team member undertaking their role employing a significant work ethic and sense of ownership. Their flat structure means big decisions are made quickly and each team member throughout the business can thrive, being left alone to deliver in their role.
Ideally, you have worked in a sales / marketing position, within contract hire or other motor related financial services. However, we may also consider someone with a sound understanding of the financial services industry and experience within an environment where B-2-C and B-2-B activity took place. This knowledge will include an appreciation of regulatory and compliance issues affecting the role.
It is essential that you are an excellent team player, able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and business partners. You will have gained this working in an environment where multiple stakeholder management exists with exposure to third party clients.
The ability to develop strong relationships that deliver benefits throughout the business is critical.
You can communicate at all levels and can produce and deliver professional and robust reports/presentations. You are confident developing coherent high-level (strategic) plans as well as detailed learning and development plans. You are also highly organised and skilled at managing projects.
You are comfortable with domestic travel from time to time, including occasional overnight stays.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
