Product Trainer – Motor Dealer Services

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering training on the businesses market leading lead management and webchat services to its motor dealer customers both by webinar and face to face. This will involve training coordination, execution and post-installation follow-ups for initial product rollouts as well as ongoing coaching to dealerships in product usage and industry best practices. This will include traveling within the UK and mainland Europe to support the delivery of onsite training.

You will act as a consultant to dealers, dealer groups and OEM’s with modern and forward-thinking processes that lead to successful, profitable client relationships – helping to set the momentum for the sale of products and upgrades. This will include reviewing product usage and identifying opportunities that would benefit dealers and their sales teams.

You will also be involved in reviewing and contributing to product development, training processes and training materials and documentation.

In addition, you will provide on-going training and coaching to your team members.

About You
With a good understanding of the dealership environment you are a confident trainer with great experience of delivering both face to face and online training services. You are a highly professional, confident and engaging communicator and are able to adapt your style to suit your audience. You build trusted relationships internally and externally and have strong research skills – with the ability to develop great training solutions. You are happy to travel and are flexible and adaptable.
