Regional Dealer Development Manager
£70k/£75k base, £80k/£85k OTE, car scheme and benefits
Is taking responsibility for stretching but attainable sales and profit targets for a portfolio of dealers through the effective leadership, management and coaching of a regional team of sales professionals. You will focus your team’s efforts to ensure they deliver best practice for their dealer partners, enabling them to thrive in their local markets, creating incremental sales and maximising their finance penetration.
In highly competitive and challenging markets they have maintained commercial focus and concentrated on delivering great service - so consequently are sustaining performance and are now creating new headcount for experienced Motor FS professionals with leadership experience. With this increased investment they are further-stretching their ambitions and capability so that long-term commercial goals can be delivered.
You are an experienced, dealer facing, Motor FS professional with a deep understanding of the UK car and LCV market. You are highly commercial, numerate and have exceptional presentation, people and communication skills. You are a coaching-focussed manager, able to develop the skills and capabilities of your direct reports, enabling their performance so that your accountabilities are assured.
