Technical Support Executive – Accident Management, Solihull, Birmingham

About You

You will have experience in an Accident / Claims or Insurance environment, in an estimating or engineering type role. You will need to have good communication skills, and either experience in, or a desire to succeed in an office based role. You will need to be proficient in Audatex & MS office, with working knowledge of motor claims & accident management.

The Role

You will be responsible for making intelligent repair making decisions and communicating effectively & professionally with Fleet Managers & Insurers. You will be providing effective support and advice to colleagues, and actively contributing to the team & department to improve service levels.
