By registering with Callidus Consulting Limited, you consent to us processing data provided by you in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 or EU Regulation 2016/679 – the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and for this data to be held on computer files and used for the purposes of administration. As part of our process, we will enter your details onto a secure database for the purpose of finding you suitable employment. Your details will be accessed only by consultants or administration staff working on your behalf, and will be kept confidential. We will never send out your details to anyone without your prior consent.

4.1 As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR, which these terms and our use of personal data have been designed to uphold:
4.1.1 The right to be informed about our collection and use of personal data.
4.1.2 The right of access to the personal data we hold about you.

4.3 For further information about your rights, please contact the Information Commissioner’s Office or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
You also confirm that all details you have given us are accurate and truthful, and that if requested, you will provide documentary evidence of your qualifications, experience and training, remuneration and any other additional evidence as required
Callidus Consulting Limited will act as an Employment Agency on your behalf. This means that any employment we are able to secure for you will be a contract between you (the candidate) and one of our clients, not between you (the candidate) and us (Callidus Consulting Limited). Should we ever be required to enter a contract on your behalf, we would only do so with your prior knowledge and full consent.
There is no charge to you at all for the services we offer. However, should we find you suitable employment we will receive a fee from the employer, typically based on an agreed percentage of your starting salary. Should you or your new employer lawfully terminate your employment within 13 weeks of your start date, the employer is entitled to a full or partial rebate depending on length of time worked.
If at any point you no longer require our services (e.g. if you don’t agree with these terms, or if you secure your own employment or if you decide to remain in your current circumstances) please inform us and we will update your records and stop working on your behalf. You can choose to withdraw your consent for us holding your data at any point using the link at the bottom of this page. Any instances of unprofessional conduct during our process or when you meet with our clients will result in our withdrawing our services from you. If you have any complaints about our service, in the first instance please contact Caroline Cooper via email stated below. If you have any questions about any of the points above, please contact us on +44 (0) 1420 87300 or email caroline.cooper@callidusconsulting.com
